Campaign II - All american Scholarship Recipient
Jake Campbell is a freshman student-athlete at Washington & Lee where he is continuing his academic and football career. A 2026 graduate of Episcopal High School in Houston, Texas, Jake was originally recommended to the opportunity by his good friend, Luke Boutros. Jake began working with Vector Marketing before starting his freshman year of college with the goal of gaining professional experience, developing valuable skills, and challenging himself outside of the classroom and football field.
This summer, Jake generated over $47,000 in Cutco sales through more than 50 presentations while balancing football workouts, preparing to move away for college, and transitioning into his freshman year. He also played an important role on a sales team that produced over $250,000 in sales throughout the summer.
His consistency and performance have made him one of our standout student representatives, and this fall, Jake was recognized for his accomplishments by earning an All-American Scholarship.
What makes Jake special goes far beyond his sales results. He is a natural leader who takes tremendous pride in everything he does and has developed a reputation for following through on what he says he is going to do. His discipline, competitiveness, work ethic, and willingness to continually challenge himself have allowed him to grow tremendously both personally and professionally.
We are incredibly proud of Jake and grateful for the example he continues to set for other students in our organization. From being recommended by a friend to becoming a scholarship-winning representative and contributing to one of our strongest teams, Jake’s story is a great example of what can happen when a student takes advantage of an opportunity and commits to personal growth.
We are excited to watch him continue his journey at William & Mary as a student, athlete, leader, and young professional.
2025 Scholarship Recipient
Jaxyn Bures is a junior at Texas A&M University, where she is studying Marketing and Business and is expected to graduate in 2028. Originally from the small town of Ganado, Texas, Jaxyn graduated from Ganado High School before beginning her college journey in College Station.
Jaxyn first heard about the opportunity with Vector Marketing through one of her Texas A&M teaching assistants and began working as a sales representative in December 2024.
She made an immediate impact.
Within her first month, Jaxyn earned five sales promotions and was promoted into an Assistant Manager role. During the spring of 2025, she earned her first All-American Scholarship, finishing #9 among student representatives and placing among the top scholarship recipients in the company.
Since then, Jaxyn has continued to grow as both a salesperson and a leader. She has generated over $56,000 in career Cutco sales and took on the challenge of running her own branch office for four months, helping lead one of the top-performing branches in the division.
Watching Jaxyn develop from a brand-new college representative into the confident businesswoman and leader she is today has been incredibly rewarding. She has learned how to lead a team, communicate professionally, manage a business, develop others, handle adversity, and take ownership of her goals.
Her dream is to one day own her own businesses while also building an amazing family, and the experiences she is gaining now are helping her build the leadership, communication, and entrepreneurial skills that will serve her long after college.

Her kindness, courage, intelligence, work ethic, and leadership have made her a force within our team, and we are excited to continue watching her grow throughout the rest of her time at Texas A&M and beyond.
2024 Scholarship Recipient
Brooke is a 2026 graduate of Texas A&M University, where she studied Marketing. She began working with Vector Marketing in 2022 as a college student looking to gain professional experience, develop her business skills, and challenge herself outside of the classroom.
Within her first month, Brooke was promoted to Assistant Manager, beginning a journey that would eventually make her one of the most accomplished student leaders in our organization.
Throughout her college career, Brooke earned six Scholarships, generated over $200,000 in career Cutco sales, and ran her own Branch Office during the summers of 2023 and 2024. Through those experiences, she learned how to lead teams, develop people, manage a business, communicate professionally, and take ownership of both her personal and financial goals.
What makes Brooke’s story even more exciting is seeing how those experiences translated beyond college.
In 2026, Brooke graduated from Texas A&M debt free with more than $10,000 saved and transitioned into her professional career. She now works full time as an Assistant Buyer at Academy’s corporate office, putting many of the communication, leadership, sales, and business skills she developed as a student into practice in the corporate world.
We are incredibly proud of everything Brooke has accomplished and grateful for the leadership she provided throughout her time with our organization. Watching her grow from a new college representative into a scholarship-winning leader, branch manager, successful graduate, and young business professional has been incredibly rewarding.
Brooke’s journey is a great example of how a college job can become much more than a paycheck. It can become an opportunity to build skills, confidence, relationships, financial independence, and experiences that carry into the next chapter of life.
